How do I book my birthday party?

Here at Adventure Zone, there are 3 easy ways to book a birthday party. They are:

  1. Here on our website. You can select from one of our Party Package option and make your reservations.
  2. You can come directly to where we are located at 18620 Woodfield Rd, Gaithersburg, MD during regular hours, speak with our staff in person, and make your reservations.
  3. Finally, you can call our customer service at 301-703-3707 to book your reservations over the phone.

N.B: Our birthday packages are hot, and our private rooms are high in demand, especially during weekends. We advise that you contact us two weeks in advance to make your reservations.

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule after making a reservation?

Birthday parties can be rescheduled and transferred to another date with advanced notification, but cannot be canceled as we have a non-refundable policy. When you make a reservation with us, you would be required to deposit 50 percent of the total party package price to reserve your private party room and jump time. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your party. To reschedule your party dates, kindly call us at 301-703-3707.

Do we need to bring our own food for a birthday party?

No, although guests may bring their own decorations to customize their child’s birthday party experience. Your personal party host can assist you in handling any special requests for the guest of honor.

However, Adventure Zone’s private party rooms are colorfully decorated in bright and bold colors to provide a festive atmosphere even without additional birthday party decor and party favors. Please, no silly string, confetti or piñatas.

Do we need to come with our own decorations?

This is not compulsory. We provide you with a personal party host who would assist you in handling any special requests for the guest of honor.

What time should we show up?
All guests should arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that everyone in your group can check in, and to ensure that guests taking part in the attractions are ready to get the party started.
Is there a required dress code?

Participating guests are required to wear a pair of Adventure jump socks, and have an official Adventure Zone waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. This can be done online or in person during party drop-off.

Is there a party menu form? If yes, where can we find it?

Yes, Adventure Zone has a party menu form for our parties. Simply click on a birthday party package and you will find a full list of package details and a food and beverage menu. Our Party Packages provide a variety of options based on the number of guests, jump time, food and beverage options, and the day of the week.

When will I get charged for my birthday party?

Adventure Zone party packages require a 50%, non-refundable deposit at the time you book your party in order to reserve jump time and space in a private party room. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your party.
